I have been training with Mitchell Gosling for the past 3-4 years, when I first started with him I was skinny 7 stone person, Mitch taught me how to eat properly ( even though I didn't listen sometimes). I loved training with Mitch and looked forward to our sessions because he always motivated me to tone up and get fit. I had not long packed up smoking so my fitness levels weren't that great, after training with Mitch for a few months my fitness levels improved a great deal. Mitch always set realistic goals which were easy to follow and I always managed to achieve, if I struggled then he would change them round to suit me. Each week the exercises would change and Mitch would mix them up so it didn't get boring so always something to look forward to ( the not knowing).
Then one day I decided I wanted to compete just like Mitch does. What I can say Mitch was fantastic and extremely supportive as always. He gave a diet plan to follow for 14 weeks this by no means is easy, however I managed to stick to it. He also gave me a training-schedule for each day of the week with rest days. Mitch was always there for me no matter what time of day it was, even when he went on holiday! What more could you ask for. I am so proud to say what I have achieved at my age through hard work determination and working with Mitch I could have never entered a competition, and have a body to die for toned , fit and I have abs.
Not only is Mitch a great personal trainer he is also a great friend to have. I would highly recommend training with him, his knowledge and experience is second to none.

Mitchell Gosling has been my inspiration as he has helped me achieve my desired goals. Mitchell's around the clock support is really outstanding as he checked my training and progress regularly and was there when I needed him.
I feel fantastically slim, toned and never thought I would achieve such a flat stomach and see muscle tone in areas I never thought possible. I also learnt lots of helpful tips to maintain my new amazing feel good body! I would recommend Mitchell to anyone as he is so professional and knowledgeable at what he does.

Ronni McKay
I've been a trainer for 20 years and was a competitive bodybuilder in the past. I decided to go back to competing after 16 years and have known Mitch as a friend and trainer for many years so I thought I'd take him on with the job of getting me prepared for my competition as he is extremely knowledgable and experienced in this field.
I have always trained alone and thought I knew what was best for me and what I needed to get in the condition I wanted but I chose for the first time to completely put my diet and training in someone's hands to see what happened. Not only did Mitch give me a diet to follow and a training schedule, he was a massive support throughout the whole process. When I was full of doubt he pacified me and made me calm and strong and he was pretty much on call anytime day or night. Mitch doesn't just provide a service he provides all of himself to assist in anyway he can. The results I achieved with Mitch way surpassed anything I'd ever achieved alone in over 20 years, his patience and commitment to me was beyond words and I was astonished by his knowledge and know how. In all my years working in this industry and training I have never been so impressed by someone's work ethic, knowledge and mentoring.
I'm proud to say I won the competition and qualified for the finals and I intend to work with Mitch continuously and he has a client for life and I cannot speak highly enough of him on a professional and personal level. If you want to achieve your goals whatever they are Mitch is the man to make it happen.

I have been training with Mitch for 1 year and I cannot say enough about what he has helped me to achieve in this time. I came to see him at particularly low point, when I had lost some weight, but had reached a plateau that I just couldn’t seem to get past, even though I had another 2 stone to lose. I was feeling depressed and demotivated, but Mitch helped me to turn this around by taking the time to deal with my mental well-being as well as my physical. Mitch has extensive knowledge of diet and exercise techniques, a variety of which he has used to help me lose 2 stone and to reduce my body fat from 33% to 15%. His upper and lower body weight training programs have completely altered my physique and have allowed me to achieve a more toned, firm body, something which I never would have believed I could have had when I was 5 stone heavier.
Mitch will always go the extra mile to ensure that his clients get the results they want to achieve, no matter what it takes. His workout sessions are tough, and I am always sore for a couple of days after training, but I always walk away from a session with him feeling motivated and with a sense of having taken another step closer to my goal. He has an amazing ability to pick up my mood through his fantastic personality and motivational chats. I know I can always go to him at any time with issues about diet and exercise, or even if I just need some inspiration.
I have worked with many trainers in the past but he is by far the most experienced and knowledgeable I have ever known. With him I have achieved measurable and visible results, and I have now altered my attitude to diet and exercise because of him. Mitch has made it a real pleasure to go to the gym, and I am eternally grateful that I have met such an amazing personal trainer and friend. I couldn’t have done it without him.

Mitch was my trainer for 4 years. During that time I went from someone who thought exercise was a chore through to a dedicated gym goer and eventually even became a personal trainer myself.
On a professional level Mitch helped me to achieve goals that I never even considered were possible. With a combination of his dedication and knowledge I dropped over 20lbs in weight, became physically fitter and stronger, gained more energy on a day to day basis and changed my outlook to fitness and exercise.
Mitch's knowledge and customer care are outstanding. Over the past 4 years he has gone from being my trainer into becoming a very good friend and was even my inspiration for a career change last year from City worker to personal trainer.
Now that I am working in the industry my appreciation for just how talented he is as a trainer is even greater. He continues to be a mentor and role model to me and someone whose knowledge and opinion I will always respect and value. I cant thank him enough for the difference that he has made to my life.

As my wedding day was fast approaching, I felt I needed to take my exercise to another level and really target those areas that were bothering me. Having trained with a few trainers previously, I wanted someone that had a plethora of knowledge as well as passion, who wouldn't give me an exercise that my body didn't like and worked with any restrictions I had. I started training with Mitch 4 years ago after my first wedding dress experience, where I could not fit into any of the sample dresses! I had unsuccessfully tried personal trainers in the past, so was very skeptical....until I met Mitch.
I trained with him two or three times a week and before long I started to see results. I had definition in my arms, legs and stomach and the best bit....trying on a sample wedding dress and it being too big!
Mitch is not only someone who can get amazing results, he is a fantastic motivator (and almost like a counsellor!). I used to find it a real struggle to get to the gym but started looking forward to training with Mitch. Yes it was a torturous 45 mins but the biggest motivator was seeing the results. He is always happy and upbeat and I would leave the training session feeling positive and energised. I continued to train with Mitch during my pregnancy until I was 7 months, which certainly helped with the labour. He is my first phone call to help me lose the baby weight!
